Cholesterol Experiment Days 25 – 31
I went on a vaction over Thanksgiving, hence no posts for a while, so I’m doing this one to catch up.
I ate all the requisite foods – turkey, hams, lots of bread, bacon, and many other items (including plenty of wine and beer, and even some Kaluha) that stray fairly far from the rather strict CBO diet I use most of the time. But while I atre whatever I wanted, I didn’t overeat, and that’s an important distinction.
I was pretty good about taking the supplements. I did miss two mornings – Saturday and Sunday - becuase the bottles were packed away and I was too lazy to dig them out.
I ran twice, about 2 miles each time.
My last workout was a week ago today, so it felts good to get back into the gym, even though I’m having a lot of pain in my left wrist. If it doesn’t clear up, I’ll probably have to get it checked.
I bragged above about being pretty good with the supps – ironically enough, I forgot to takw them this morning!
