Cholesterol Experiment Day 33
Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Ate a bowl of orgainc oat bran for breakfast. I didn’t make CBO the night before, so all I had during the day was my post workout protein shake. I was famished when I got home and snacked on a bunch of crap – chips, gummie fruits, a chicken sandwhich (Boar’s Head roasted chicken lunch meat), sme chunks of pork roast….. I made CBO and had a bit for dinner, saved the rest for tomorrow.
Workout:
- Dead Lift: 135×6, 225×5, 275×5, 315×5, 265x3
- Bench Press: 135×10, 135×8, 135×8, 135×6
- Military Press: 95×10, 95×8, 95×8
- 1-arm Upright Dumbbell row: 35×10, 35×10, 35×10
- Chin-ups: 10,10
- Behind-the-back Dips: 15,12
- Sit-ups: 50
Evening supplements:

- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
