Ate CBO all day.
Ran 2 miles after work.
I got in with a hand and wrist guy yesterday. My left wrist has been bothering me for the better part of two months. It dones’ hurt all the time, only when I rotate my hand. As an example, if I’m sitting at a table and put my hands palm up under the table and try to lift, it causes a conserable amount of disomfort. For most activities, it’s pain free; only in the gym, or when I forget about it and reach for something and twist myu hand, does it bother me.
So he looks at it, twists its, prods it and says I probably have either a:
Ligament tear of the I-can’t-remember-the-name ligament, or
A tear in the cartilige between the I-can’t-remember-the-name bone and the other I-can’t-remember-the-name bone
The diagnoses is immaterial however, since in either case the recommended treatment is Motrin for anti-infamatory, ice and heat if I want, and don’t do stuff that makes it hurt. If it gets worse, I might need to splint it for a couple of weeks, which would mean no gym for that same amount of time.
I’ll just work around it as best I can and see what happens.
