Cholesterol Experiment Day 1
Took the morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
Breakfast was a bowl of sweetened organic shredded what with about 6 ounces 2% organic milk. I ate my special CBO mixture throughout the day and for dinner.
Mid-day workout, w3hcih for me is 10:30am – 1230pm:
- Dead lifts: 135×8, 225×5, 275×5, 315×5, 315×5
- Incline Bench Press: 115×8,115×6,135×5,155×5,155×5
- Hanging Clean and Jerk: 95×5, 95×5, 95×5, 95×5
- Pullups Medium Grip Superset with Dips: 10/10, 8/10
- 50 situps, feet hooked
- 43 pushups
That’s a pretty standard Friday workout.
Evening Supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,500mg Vitamin C
- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
