Morning supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,000mg Vitamin C
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
Bagel day – over the course of work I ate 1 asiago cheese and 1 cinnamon raisin. Protein smoothie after weights. CBO integrated in there as well.
Weights today:
- Power cleans: 135×6, 155×5, 175×5, 195×5
- Squats: 185×6
- Bench Press: 95×5, 115×5, 135×5, 145×5, 145×5
- Dumbbell hammer curl to shoulder press: 40×5, 40×5
- Chin-ups: 10,8
- Dips: 10, 10
- Sit-ups: 60
- Push-ups: 42
Evening Supplements:
- 500mg Slo-Niacin
- 2,500mg Vitamin C
- 23mg Policosanol
- 200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
