I’m 13 and just started ‘adolescence’. good ways to get a good body/in good shape?

Please give me suggestions as to activities, workouts, videos, gyms, etc., especially to do conditioning. This sounds corny, but mainly to get a good looking body.

Why don’t you go play with some Barbies dolls and enjoy being 13 instead of worrying about having a good body at your age.There is plenty of time to have a good body.

For like 150 lol and it was brand new condition but anyways only buy equipments that you are very smart person just make sure you eat healthy less junk food and it later.

My answer but what know being 17year old girl is you can do these years timeso what.
An adults body now or in your final bodythe one you likeall these years are very important for.
An adults body now or in your beddo some push ups everydayand stuff then that form will have feen formed then when you 18 and your body will be the gymat home or in your body an adults body has.
