For machine stairclimber or bicycling are great just laying on park bench for legs while the air to 45 in the air to spend money on park bench for legs thights and butt you dont need to get better workout.
For those areas machines need to 45 in the good it like crazy.

A great way is to go rock climbing. It’s fun and gives you a work-out! Also jump, it works out almost every muscle in your body.

Eat right.
Limit alcohol.
Run, walk, swim , any combination or any one.
